As a Salesforce QA Engineer at Asana, you will execute the quality strategy and ensure the development and release of high-quality software products.

  • You will design, develop, and maintain test scripts within testing automation platforms (CRT, Selenium, etc.).
  • You will define and implement automated regression testing processes and frameworks, including UI, back end, Salesforce components, and integrations.
  • You will coordinate and perform application load and performance testing across testers and the Salesforce team.
  • You will execute test cases to ensure Salesforce functionality aligns with business needs.
  • You will evaluate testing results, document issues in a quality assurance tracking system, and make recommendations for long-term improvements.
  • You will research and apply Salesforce QA best practices and guidelines, improving system productivity, scaling, and monitoring, and keeping up to date with trends and standards in the Salesforce environment.
  • You will collaborate with the Support Team to troubleshoot production issues. Mentor and assist other Salesforce QA associates as they join the team, if applicable.
  • You will develop and maintain regression test suites.
