At 9605 GSK Services Sp z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Packaging and Devices team. As a key member of our global supply chain management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities across various categories of spend, including 3rd party capital projects and programs. This will involve collaborating with Category Managers and Capital SMEs to create, execute, implement, and manage comprehensive global sourcing strategies.

You will also lead monthly performance management with 3rd party suppliers to ensure project financial milestones are delivered. Additionally, you will manage 3rd Party Capital spend working with Procurement & Technical teams to develop strategies, business cases, budget requirements, and governance endorsement through key senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Category Managers and Capital SMEs to create, execute, implement, and manage comprehensive global sourcing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of operational procurement experience across multiple categories of spend and some experience of regulated environments.
  • Awareness of procurement tools such as sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, supplier review, supplier development, and others.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, often under tight deadlines, to drive and implement change.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills – fluent English.
