We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand project requirements, evaluating current processes for improvements, and documenting specific requirements based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicitation of business requirements through various techniques
  • Definition of business goals, needs, and objectives
  • Data analysis to ensure features align with product goals, needs, and objectives, delivering maximum potential solution value
  • Translation of business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Creation of epics, use cases, and user stories based on selected BA documents structure, including acceptance criteria
  • Collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, development, and QA teams
  • Planning of the business analysis approach on the project
  • Assuming Scrum Master role if needed
  • Conducting technical interviews for BA positions
  • Mentoring and coaching other BAs in the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of relevant business analysis experience
  • Experience in creating different types of requirements
  • Able to identify inconsistencies in project requirements
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or classic ones (Waterfall)
  • Able to plan business analysis approach on the project and facilitate related communication
  • Able to create/adapt a set of templates to be used in the project
  • Experience creating diagrams (UML, BPMN)
  • Understanding and ability to propose suitable software development processes and influence/enhance them
  • Able to effectively manage the scope of requirements within the project (communicate to stakeholders potential scope creep and manage such risk)
  • Able to support solution testing/UAT
  • General knowledge about UX/UI and ability to participate in designing activities
  • Able to coach/mentor others and relevant experience
  • Self-managing skills, able to take full responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project, work without supervision
  • Able to effectively communicate with team members in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team) and customer representatives
  • English at least at C1 level, comfortably able to read, write, and speak with customers; able to write high-quality, unambiguous texts
