Job Description:
As an Administration & Payroll Specialist, you will be part of our team responsible for administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Your primary duties will include managing personnel & payroll data, benefits, and talent administration. You will process changes in employees' employment life-cycle according to country payroll calendar and global guidelines. This includes new hire, transfer, time & attendance, benefits, payroll - data input to Workday and other HR systems. Additionally, you will prepare respective employment documentation (contract of employment, leaver letter, certificates, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Process changes in employees' employment life-cycle according to country payroll calendar and global guidelines.
- Manage personnel & payroll data, benefits, and talent administration.
- Prepare respective employment documentation.
- Generate admin & payroll reports.
- Process personal data changes of Philips employees.
- Generate reference and visa application letters.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor/Master degree and be fluent in English (both orally and in writing). You should also have knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies; experience in payroll is an additional asset. Familiarity with MS Office and ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload are essential skills required. Finally, you must be careful, cautious, and honest in processing confidential information.
