In-Store Activation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled In-Store Activation Expert to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing in-store strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful in-store experiences that meet our brand objectives and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and shopper marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful in-store activations.

  • Create and lead shopper activation & trade marketing strategy for Mondelez brands at our key customers across channels.
  • Develop customer value proposition based on shopper insights & customer insights & business needs.
  • Design & drive Perfect Store agenda for Mondelez brands to achieve best-in-class visibility & availability across channels.
  • Initiate customer-tailored made activations & perfectly deploy national marketing campaign across channels.
  • Ownership of budget planning & management and setting priorities based on activities evaluations, ensuring appropriate level of service and data validity provided to finance team.
  • On-going overview of competitors' in-store activities in the segment.
  • Evaluation of in-store activations' effectiveness providing insights and recommendations for improvement including touchpoint effectiveness.
  • Closely cooperate with Sales and Marketing, including Senior stakeholders and external marketing agencies in order to develop and implement best-in-class activations.
  • Responsibility to lead, inspire & develop a team of 2 people.

Requirements:

  • Strong cross-functional experience in area of marketing / shopper marketing/trade marketing with minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Proven track record of implementing shopper activation agenda with the understanding of shopper, customers, promotion & activation principles in FMCG industry.
  • Good understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior in FMCG industry.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative in-store solutions.
  • Ability to effectively develop and execute projects, ensuring key stakeholders are well informed and outcomes are effectively evaluated, and key learnings are applied to future projects.
  • Ability to create persuasive business recommendation and present them in simple manner to Leadership team.
  • Experience in working with marketing agencies, including digital scope.
  • Team management experience.
  • University degree (preferred majors: marketing, management, economics).
  • Fluency in Polish & English is a key competence for this role.
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power Point.
