Site Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join our operations team at Milestone One. As a critical component of our clinical trials process, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of studies on site.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with medical staff, CRO or sponsor, and communicating with patients to ensure the successful completion of studies.

A strong candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a college or university degree in Life Sciences and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Study Coordinator on site.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with medical staff, CRO or sponsor, and communicate with patients
  • Ensure the successful completion of studies
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • College or university degree in Life Sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Study Coordinator on site
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
