Logistics Coordinator Job Description

Fox Carriers, a leading US-based trucking company with over 7 years of experience and a fleet of more than 190 trucks, is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Gdansk, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with clients and carriers via phone and email to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Negotiate and arrange deals to meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in Excel sheets.
  • Monitor and control electronic workflows, generating reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong English language skills (B2 level).
  • Proficiency in using PC and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of determination.
