Join Our Team as a Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our Emergency Call Handling team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our mission-critical platform.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned developer with strong technical leadership skills to drive results through their technical expertise. You will be responsible for leading software development, driving innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive technical decisions and lead the development of complex software features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Mentor and coach junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain high-quality software components
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and architecture
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development with Java or other languages
  • Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and REST API
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of automated testing, messaging systems, and observability
