Administrative Financial Expert

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Financial Expert to join our team in Krakow or Wroclaw, Poland. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and contract administration. You will also support our Finance Director with various tasks and propose continuous improvements to ensure processes run smoothly.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage order-to-cash process, including reviewing team member time entries, preparing monthly invoicing, validating invoices with project leads, issuing invoices, and following up on cash collection.
  • Process purchase-to-pay transactions, including reviewing invoices submitted by suppliers, transferring them to our third-party provider, and following up on any overdue items.
  • Administer contracts, including processing electronic signatures of contracts with clients, storing, and recording contracts and purchase orders.
  • Support Finance Team in month-end process with various tasks such as participation in accounting entries verification process.
  • Prepare various reports for management.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance/accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial processes.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • You are eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.
