Manual Tester

We're currently growing, and with a large number of recruitment projects, we need someone to help us ensure the quality of our work.

  • Working closely with developers on Java solutions to identify bugs and areas for improvement
  • Developing test scenarios and cases to ensure comprehensive testing
  • Planning and executing tests to validate software functionality
  • Analyzing test results and reporting defects
  • Executing automated regression tests to ensure consistency
  • Collaborating with the agile team to create test strategies and plans
  • Reviewing system specifications and requirements to ensure alignment
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ISTQB principles
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify testing gaps
  • Experience working in agile environments and regression testing
  • Confidence in questioning inefficient solutions and proposing improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with test management tools such as qTest, Zephyr
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with teams
