Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Integration Specialist to join our team at Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for integrating software in the wiper motor within specific customer projects.

Your main challenges will include:

  • Integrating software in the wiper motor and ensuring correct implementation of functional requirements;
  • Reviewing and assessing software release packages;
  • Verifying software test result reports;
  • Checking release documentation;
  • Integrating software releases in the wiper motor;
  • Flashing the software and performing basic tests;
  • Performing spot check testing on corrected APRs and functionality;
  • Aligning with project system team, platform team, and Product Group software discipline manager on implementation of DSR;
  • Proposing updates to requirements and tests following issue solving from customers;
  • Checking implementation of Platform SW and DSR;
  • SUPPORTING REGIONAL OPERATION VALIDATION TEAM IN CASE OF ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE RELEASES;
  • Analyzing LIN traces and diagnostic data;
  • Collecting, tracing, and providing debug information to development teams for further analysis;
  • Performing debugging activities at customer sites;
  • Resolving issues related to flashing, security, EoL;
  • Supporting regional operation in case of issues at customer level/sites;
  • Analyzing LIN traces and diagnostics data;
  • Able to trace debug information and provide it to Cairo.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled Embedded Software Integration Specialist with:

  • Education in computer science, electronics, or comparable studies;
  • Experience in embedded software development as software architect or software integrator - preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge of Automotive SPICE process;
  • Knowledge of C/C++ programming languages;
  • Very well-developed interpersonal skills.
