The Teach Away Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Early Years Teacher to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and parents to achieve shared goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Literacy and Numeracy:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in literacy and numeracy that meet the needs of students aged 1-5 years old.
• Use a range of teaching strategies and technologies to engage students and promote learning.
• Maintain a well-organized and stimulating learning environment.

Social and Emotional Learning:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in social and emotional learning that meet the needs of students aged 1-5 years old.

Professional Development:

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
• Take responsibility for own professional growth and use outcomes to improve teaching and student learning.

Key Requirements:

• Teaching Credential/License.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Good command of other languages is an asset.
• Experience working in a multilingual and multicurricular setting is an asset.
• Early Years certification required.
