Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle of building High Voltage power substations, including planning, budget supervision, scheduling, and team coordination. The successful candidate will maintain and manage relationships with customers, technical management, and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

About the Role

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as monitoring progress and identifying potential risks.
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, technical management, and external suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Representing the company in discussions with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Higher technical education related to construction, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Professional certifications in project management or engineering are advantageous.
