We are seeking a seasoned Data Warehouse Architect to join our team at TN Poland. As a critical member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining business-ready datasets that drive strategic decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models that accurately represent data structures within our central Data Platform. You will also define constraints, relationships, and validation rules within data models to ensure consistent and reliable information.

In collaboration with business teams, you will analyze requirements and design data models that meet the reporting needs of various stakeholders. You will work closely with enterprise data architects, product owners, and development teams to map raw data structures to designed models.

As a key partner with data engineers, you will implement ETL processes, ensuring data is successfully loaded and verified to meet high data quality standards. To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database architecture, as well as exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field (EQF/MQF Level 6 or equivalent).
  • Experience: 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or a related role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database architecture.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and take ownership of projects.
