Our Client, a world-class innovator in advanced technological solutions, seeks a visionary leader to take on the role of Manufacturing Director.

This dynamic position involves overseeing production processes at a state-of-the-art facility in Poland, with future responsibility for managing multiple EMEA locations.

You will foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, utilizing lean and agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.

You will design and implement a customized production system aimed at elevating product quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in developing strategies to drive operational growth and improvement
• Create a work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration among team members
• Establish partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless supply chain management

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Production Management)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management with a proven track record of success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
