Exceptional Customer Support – Unlock Your Career PotentialAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch assistance to our clients, leveraging your technical expertise, linguistic skills, and problem-solving abilities. You'll work closely with senior colleagues, participate in global projects, and take on new challenges that match your interests and strengths.
Your Responsibilities
- Leverage your technical expertise and linguistic skills to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Collaborate with back-office teams to handle escalations and ensure seamless resolution of complex issues.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities and work closely with senior colleagues to expand your knowledge and skillset.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Knowledge of German and English languages at least at B2 level.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
