Job Description:

The PIM Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions based on specifications. They will refine the specifications together with other team members as part of an agile team, recommending and creating solution designs that prioritize stability, maintainability, and scalability of the STIBO STEP implementation at Lyreco.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Designs and develops Product Information Management solutions following defined methodologies.
  2. Analyzes business needs in collaboration with Product Owners to identify features users require and implement them in a user-friendly manner.
  3. Creates technical design documents based on requirements.
  4. Works on configuration, custom development, and production support of the PIM platform.
  5. Setups new integrations, adds object types to data models, JavaScript business rules, and workflows.
  6. Performs unit testing as part of development.
  7. Supports regression test cycles.
  8. Debugs business rules and resolves defects.
  9. Participates in deploying new application features and upgrades, collaborating with various IT teams (Architect, Support, Infrastructure) and end-users.
  10. Remains up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the PIM area.
  11. Maintains the PIM ecosystem in operational conditions.
  12. Follows data governance standards.
  13. Complies with IT quality policy.


Qualifications & Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PIM developer or in a similar position.
  2. A degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  3. Working knowledge of JavaScript.
  4. Experience with Stibo Systems STEP application.
  5. Familiarity with GIT version control system and Linux is beneficial.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  7. Knowledge of best practices around Product Information Management and Master Data Management.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  9. Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues at various levels.
  10. A structured yet agile approach with good knowledge of Scrum methodology.
  11. Fluency in written and spoken English.


Estimated Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000-$100,000 depending on location and experience.
