Lead Accountant

At Danaher, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Accountant to join our team at Radiometer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting for assigned legal entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, tax calculations, and external reporting to meet deadlines.
• Resolve consultant issues and questions, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
• Develop and maintain an internal controls, reporting, and taxes environment.
• Maintain a good understanding of the full Trial Balance to ensure account balances are correct and reconciliations are completed.
• Own the balance sheet reviews and support other process teams within the Finance Shared Service team.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal and external audits, leading the collection of documents and response to audit queries.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in finance, with knowledge of accounting rules, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• 3 years of experience in financial statement preparation and auditing tasks.
• English and Polish language skills, enabling free verbal and written communication.
• Advanced user of ERP systems and MS Office, with strong presentation skills.
