About This Role

As a Clinical Research Associate at PSI CRO AG, you will play a critical role in improving patients' lives while enjoying a diverse range of monitoring tasks and working on clinical studies across various therapeutic indications. You'll be responsible for conducting onsite monitoring visits, site communication and management, feasibility research, and supporting our regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent onsite monitoring visits to ensure high-quality data collection and compliance with regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sites, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Participate in feasibility research to identify suitable sites for clinical studies
  • Support the regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A college or university degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in independent on-site monitoring in Poland
  • Full working proficiency in Polish, English, and MS Office applications
  • Ability to travel and a valid driver's license
