Senior UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team at CRESTT sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, Poland. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in crafting a seamless and intuitive user experience for our financial platform.

About the Project

Our financial platform requires a deep understanding of complex data and user behavior. As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that simplify complex data and ensure users can navigate large datasets with ease.

Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive solutions that manage large data sets
  • Closely collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team
  • Conduct user research and understand business needs
  • Create personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Design data visualizations
  • Presentation of UX deliverables and solutions to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe XD
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams
  • Expertise in designing complex, data-driven applications
  • Fluent English
