Technical IT Support Specialist

About the Role:

You will play a vital part in supporting end-users both on-site and remotely as an IT Support Analyst. Your key responsibilities include providing technical support, configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting LAN and Wi-Fi networking issues, and managing IT projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Configure, install, and maintain IT hardware and software for Windows Server and Client OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi networking issues, identifying whether problems are device or network-related.
• Support RF mobile scanning devices and manufacturing applications.
• Manage IT projects, including device rollouts and software deployment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software while documenting all maintenance activities.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors to procure IT resources.
• Stay engaged with business projects and support additional ad hoc IT initiatives.

About You:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role within an international organization.
• Solid knowledge of software, hardware, and Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022).
• Familiarity with LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and cabling.
• Experience with copiers, printers, AV equipment, and Kaseya is advantageous.
