The Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics and Reporting Expert to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team in Kraków, Poland. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with international teams to provide data-driven insights and support our digital transformation. Your work will focus on bridging the gap between Data Engineers and Data Analysts, fostering a data-driven culture globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP Analytics Cloud Support: Provide first- and second-level support for SAP Analytics Cloud to ensure smooth operation and issue resolution.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop new and improve SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and reports to enhance usability and data visualization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data analytics and BI requirements.
  • User Access Management: Work closely with the Authorization team to ensure secure and compliant user experiences.
  • Training and Documentation: Conduct user training and help develop training materials to enhance adoption.
  • Data Governance: Maintain Data Catalog and Data Lineage to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as a Junior Consultant or Consultant working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP BO Tools. A basic knowledge of SAP BW/BW4 Data Warehouse or SAP Datasphere modelling is beneficial. You should have a solid understanding of data analytics and BI best practices. Furthermore, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Occasional travel to other Amer Sports locations may be required.
