Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Banking Risk and Data Architect to join our team of experts. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our banking solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, with a focus on risk and data management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge banking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Enterprise Architecture Directions: Develop and maintain a clear vision for our enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with our business goals and strategy.
- Develop Strategic Target Architecture: Create a multi-year strategic target architecture for the Banking Risk and Data domains, supporting company investment plans and transformation roadmaps.
- Design Reviews and Implementation: Conduct design reviews as a Design Authority member, ensuring reliable and rationale design intents and specifications.
- Data Governance and Security: Collaborate with Data Management teams to implement best practices in data governance, data quality, and data security.
- Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to various strategic initiatives across the organization, driving innovation and growth.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of documented experience in a relevant enterprise or domain architecture role, preferably within a financial services enterprise.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with architecting enterprise data platforms, technology selections, and business platforms, leveraging cloud-based technologies.
- Multi-Disciplinary Knowledge: Advanced knowledge from working across multiple data and analytics disciplines.
- Regulatory Environment: Understanding of the complexity of the regulatory environment based on EU directives like Basel IV, IFRS 9, BCBS 239, and other EBA recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent skills as a team player and effective communicator.
