CNC Production Manager

As a CNC Production Manager at ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the machining department's operations. Your primary objective will be to optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry. You should have a proven track record of optimization in the machining area and excellent knowledge of technical drawing. The ability to manage a team of 50+ employees and communicate effectively is essential.

• Managing a team of employees and ensuring they meet production targets
• Recording employee working time and monitoring attendance
• Supervising CNC machine operators and other employees in the machining department
• Planning and scheduling production tasks to maximize efficiency
• Maintaining and updating production documentation
• Troubleshooting technical and organizational challenges related to production
• Ensuring optimal maintenance of machinery and equipment

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of optimization in the machining area
• Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a team of 50+ employees
• Knowledge of English language
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: PLN 120,000 - PLN 180,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
