Siemens Gamesa, a global leader in energy technology, is seeking a highly skilled Project Financial Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Project Controlling Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of Onshore Wind Farm Service projects in Norway.

About the Role

As a Project Financial Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate and insightful financial analysis to aid the Project team in maximizing operational and financial performance. Your tasks will include cost controlling, forecasting, billing, and reporting on assigned service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain service agreements in SAP Systems
  • Maintain project data accuracy in SAP
  • Billing of service fees and after-market, including index escalations
  • Follow up on receivables
  • Analyze actual costs vs forecast, explaining deviations using specific cost drivers
  • Warranty controlling
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and clarifications requested by Commercial project Managers or other project team members

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player, resilient, responsible, structured, and an effective communicator. You should also have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
  • 1-5 years of experience in Accounting or Controlling
  • Experience with Commercial Contracts is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with experience in SAP4HANA and Analysis for Office a plus
