The Role

We are seeking a Europe Logistics Excellence Manager to join our Ice Cream team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for operational improvements, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance logistics visibility and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics activities are integrated and aligned with the broader supply chain strategy.
  • Analyze logistics data to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement best practices in logistics to promote operational excellence and value creation.
  • Leverage technology to enhance logistics visibility, tracking, and reporting.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles.
  • Experience in team management and a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in logistics or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Lean or similar continuous improvement methodologies, solid logistics knowledge and experience (transport and warehousing).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
