TN Poland is seeking a Results Driven Sales Operations Specialist to join its team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales operations tasks, such as contacting potential customers, identifying key decision makers, and creating training materials.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global high-tech company, handling sales operations tasks that require strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment, excellent knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1), as well as proficient knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
