Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading a team of specialists in the Equinix Operation Center (EOC) to support Equinix's global Service Management capability.

You will develop strong partnerships with site operations personnel and maintain a business mindset and methodology through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement future-state Service Management capabilities
  • Manage Incident and Event management processes across EMEA International Business Exchange (IBX) sites
  • Facilitate discussions and drive resolution where disagreement exists, escalating when necessary
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven years of industry experience with data centers or other closely aligned industries
  2. Proven team leadership experience
  3. Very strong verbal and written English communication skills
