Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies and plans to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability in our software products.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality and performance of our software products.
  • Analyze defects and work with development teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing methodologies and strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
  • 2+ years of experience in API testing and ability to work with Postman.
  • Experience with web testing and client-server architecture.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Kafka, and IDEA.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript basics, CSS, and XPath.
