About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our Process Excellence and Transformation department, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain global data analytics capabilities, generating ideas and suggesting the best use of data to identify trends, patterns, issues, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Procurement & Finance organizations at all levels, building relationships and liaising with partners or senior stakeholders.
  • Choose, analyze, evaluate, and present data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on changes and improvements.
  • Automate analytics processes using tools available in Lundbeck and/or the market.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, including data interpretation, data discovery, strategic projects, and dashboards creation.
  • Proven understanding of Source to Pay processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP data, Ariba, Concur data structure.
  • Understanding and ease of navigating SAP ECC tables.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, including SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management.
  • Effective data presentation skills that can significantly influence business decisions.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
