Job Description:
As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Danish (B2/C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with IT systems and digital tools
