We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior SAP ABAP Technical Lead to join our team at Allegro. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Delegate tasks and monitor their completion to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop, test, and implement SAP solutions using ABAP programming
  • Provide support for SAP updates and patches to maintain system integrity
  • Manage SAP system configurations and regular system maintenance
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless operation of SAP system integrations
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational policies
