Job DescriptionSalary: Estimated salary: 1100 - 1300 PLN/month based on experience and location (Gdynia or Warsaw)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create innovative ideas and build future Insights Data Analytics services
- Design statistical models, perform hypothesis testing, and build advanced reports and dashboards
- Implement and manage GenAI solutions (prompt engineering) for simple questions and complex data analysis reports
- Ensure high data quality and best data practices while adhering to business needs
- Conduct problem management to resolve recurring incidents through investigation and analysis
- Automate change risk assessments with more precise risk and impact levels
- Support the strategy theme of IT stability and contribute to standards, automation, and maturity & compliance in incident management

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our ML/AI team, where you'll play a key role in identifying, quantifying, and mitigating IT issues and risks within IPC processes and business solutions.
Your primary goal will be to enhance IT stability by leveraging advanced analytics to advise on preventive actions, reduce risks, and develop service improvement plans.
You'll work within a SAFe Scrum Team with aligned autonomy and collaborate in an innovative environment, supporting key areas like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Technology Strategy, AM Governance & Transformations.
