Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Procurement Expert to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of procurement principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest procurement quality for North America by managing stakeholders across the region, executing purchase orders according to standard operation procedures, and engaging with suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing and payment within agreed terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, sourcing managers, and suppliers to drive procurement excellence.
  • Purchase Order Execution: Ensure timely and accurate execution of purchase orders in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers to resolve invoice and PO discrepancies, identify risks, and drive best practices.
  • Master Data Management: Support the Master Data team in maintaining up-to-date vendor and master records.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in procurement systems/software. You should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English (C1 level required), and possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across functions, and analytical skills to evaluate supplier proposals are essential.
