Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AR Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payments, credit notes, and refunds, as well as resolving issues with transactions stuck in the AR system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments, credit notes, and refunds accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues with transactions stuck in the AR system
  • Upload customer invoices and coordinate with factoring agents to ensure timely payment processing
  • Verify factoring fees and ensure payment by the AP team
  • Monitor overdue accounts and generate related reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Handle month-end closing tasks to ensure accurate financial records
  • Track disputes, escalate to the appropriate team, and follow up until resolved
  • Prepare write-off spreadsheets when approval is required
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and manage the dunning process
  • Prepare weekly and monthly cash forecasting and management reports to inform business decisions
  • Provide backup support to other AR specialists across Europe as needed
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required; German is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Well-organized with good time management skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree and proven experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Oracle
