About the RoleWe are seeking a talented individual to lead our compiler engineering efforts. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in compiler design, development, and deployment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans for compiler technology advancements.
- Lead a team of engineers in designing, implementing, and testing compilers and related tools.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure that compilers meet customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in compiler development, including leadership roles.
- Expertise in compiler architecture, optimizations, and code generation.
