At Software International, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Merchant Accounts team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing confidential and executive-level administrative assistance to the Senior Executive and Clients/Merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Account Management: Prepare, coordinate, acquire, and manage online merchant accounts, ensuring compliance with KYC and other regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of merchant account information, documentation, and correspondence.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for merchant inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Merchant Accounts team, performing additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail, aptitude with numbers, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative skillset, including proficiency in Microsoft 360 (Word & Excel) and Jira
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
