About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Administrator to join our team at HSBC Service Delivery. As a Content Management Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the content on our public websites, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the content on our public websites, including updating and creating new content as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that content is aligned with business objectives and meets customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement content strategies that drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the content management system and other related tools.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Experience with content management systems and web publishing tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
