Bot Designer

The main goal of this position is to design and build dialog trees for Voice and Chatbot, collect and process business requirements, and create dialogues, implement them, and maintain them in a dedicated tool.

• Designing conversation scenarios and continuously updating and adapting them to changing client needs, changing processes, and changing legal requirements
• Conducting tests, analyzing usability, and checking the correctness of dialogues
• Optimizing the operation of Voice and Chatbot
• Collaborating with the IT department to integrate the bot with external systems
• Collaborating with the Voice and Chatbot system provider to improve and optimize the process

• You are interested in technological innovations, especially in the field of AI, automation, and robotics
• You have the ability to analyze logical issues to understand complex business processes and break them down into smaller parts, i.e., find the best answers at each stage of the conversation
• You can edit texts and conversation scenarios while paying attention to language correctness
• You value independence in work and can find your way in a dynamic environment
• You are skilled at planning and coordinating collaboration with multiple departments
• You are a creative person who can approach problem-solving in a non-standard way
• You are proficient in MS Office

• Experience in working with a Chat and/or Voicebot tool
• Proficiency in English at a level of fluent communication (work in an international environment)
