About the TeamOur Quest Design team is dedicated to crafting compelling stories and quests that bring new worlds to life. We're a collaborative and dynamic group of professionals who thrive on creative challenge and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing storylines and quests that engage players.
- Implementing quests using Unreal Engine 5.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintaining the highest quality of quests and fixing reported bugs.
- Creating and maintaining design documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Creativity and unique ideas on how to present the story in the game.
- Proficiency in writing scenarios, screenplays, or short stories.
- Ability to effectively work across teams involved in a game development lifecycle.
- Able to receive and apply feedback in a highly iterative environment.
- Broad interest in culture and pop culture.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills & ability to effectively work across teams involved in a game development lifecycle.
- Experience in modding games (cRPGs and sandbox games preferred) would be a plus.
- Knowledge of any game editor (most commonly used: RED kit, Shadowrun, Divinity: Original Sin, etc).
Nice to Have:
- Credited work on narrative fields for movies, plays, or books.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints.
- Knowledge of Andrzej Sapkowski's Witcher universe.
- Familiarity with the fantasy genre in games, movies, and literature.
Candidates for all Quest Design positions are kindly requested to provide portfolio/examples of their projects.
