Role Overview

This role requires a seasoned digital marketing expert who can drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, analytics, and team management.

As the Marketing Intelligence and Digital Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage data insights to inform business decisions. You will lead a team of digital marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage a team of digital marketers to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Oversee the redesign of company website to enhance user experience and drive business through our digital funnel.
  • Develop and implement activities aimed at optimizing marketing and media costs.
  • Recommend digital campaign strategy and digital spend allocation for all local and international titles.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or data management, preferably in the film/entertainment industry.
  • At least 1 year at relevant lead positions.
  • In-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital marketing/performance and technologies.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, performance tracking, reporting tools and equally, how analytics-sourced insights could be turned into action.
  • Ability to present analysis and visualizations in clear ways to communicate complex messages.
  • Performance and purpose-driven mindset; problem-solving skills, self-organized, and proactive.
  • DIMAQ certificate in plus.
  • Fluent English (B2).
