We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Lead Management Specialist to support our global Digital Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing lead management and marketing automation efforts, with a strong background in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and document lead management processes, including identifying lead sources, defining lead stages, and setting criteria for each stage.
  • Support tool management, collaborating with the Product Owner to manage the digital tool backlog.
  • Train sales and marketing teams on lead management best practices, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous performance improvements.
  • Maintain data quality of person records in Marketo and lead records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of leads, driving improvements based on data insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a lead management role or potentially inside sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., CRM Dynamics) for managing lead records and maintaining data quality.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo, including program optimization, lead scoring, and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver training materials and sessions for sales and marketing teams, focusing on lead management best practices.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders, ensuring consistent implementation of lead management strategies and alignment with best practices.
