iC Consult is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to strengthen our teams in Germany or remotely. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the context of IAM or a similar Cybersecurity IT domain.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough IAM maturity assessments at new customers, guiding them through greenfield or migration projects.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their unique IAM needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Define high-level requirements and conduct tool evaluation to ensure the selection of appropriate IAM solutions for clients.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, including regulatory requirements, to identify risks or opportunities for enhancement, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide support in the implementation of new IAM projects, taking on a flexible role such as a Business Analyst or Project Team Leader, to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Your Skills and Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or technical support within the software industry.
  • Understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity governance.
  • Basic experience with common IAM tool stacks, such as OneIdentity, Forgerock, Ping, Sailpoint, or other.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Very good German (C1) and English skills complete your profile.
