As a CSSC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical quotations, information, advice, and assistance regarding our organization's products and services.

You will support the sales team by maintaining project registration and CRM quotation approve workflow. Moreover, you will prepare technical and commercial offers for our water utility segment products.

You will also participate in facility and technical meetings, conduct technical training, and represent the company at fairs.

Additionally, you will configure new products using available tools and cooperate with factories using available tools.

Your key responsibilities will include registering all activities with customers in the global CRM tool and ensuring customer master data is updated on the portfolio of customers under your responsibility.
