Job Overview:

The Workforce Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal allocation of client-facing staff to meet the resourcing demands of our pipeline. This position requires a high degree of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the allocation of client-facing staff to client projects, business development opportunities, and internal initiatives.
  2. Engage with senior leadership teams to understand, plan for, and meet the resourcing demands of the pipeline.
  3. Develop strong relationships with delivery team members to understand their development goals and make effective resource management decisions.
  4. Flag resourcing capability gaps as an input to hiring and provide guidance on Learning & Development.
  5. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and monitor compliance to our financial management system.
  6. Support HR with Performance Management biannual process.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in staffing/resource management (or related) roles, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-starting mindset with excellent team-based interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate determination, diplomacy, and resilience.
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate multiple types of information for effective decision making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of life science is a plus.
