As a Senior Client Service Representative at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position requires a high level of expertise and professionalism, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues.
About the JobThe Senior Client Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Your main objective will be to provide timely and accurate resolutions to client inquiries, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Filter and escalate client inquiries as necessary, working closely with internal departments and third-party providers to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize client requests, deliverables, and issue resolution, utilizing relevant technology solutions to manage client inquiries effectively.
- Participate in team-based project work and audits, contributing your expertise and knowledge to drive business success.
- Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools, and products, ensuring they are fully equipped to navigate our services.

- A BS/BA degree in a business, finance, or accounting-related concentration, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of Custody or Client Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Able to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and relevant internal technology solutions.
- Able to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs.
