TN Poland is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Compliance Expert to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex statutory reporting frameworks.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements and regulations, as well as supporting Internal Management Information pack preparation.
  • They will also participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve statutory reporting processes, enhance efficiency, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and file statutory financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  2. Prepare/review monthly consolidation packages ensuring their accuracy and identifying potential issues.
  3. Support budget and forecast preparation, including commentary and variance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in statutory reporting or related finance roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems (like Lucanet).
