Job Description

As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing existing and new processes on our dedicated part of the customer journey: merchant dispatch on the Allegro platform. Your primary objective will be to decrease customers' effort with a contact avoidance approach (Contact Rate) and increase efficiency in problem-solving and providing self-service and automated solutions.

You will lead projects across Transportation, Tech DEX, and CX, focusing on delivering project plans according to agreed resources, executing Delivery Speed Acceleration strategies, and achieving assumed KPIs. You will also prepare and implement communication strategies to merchants and carriers, create process maps, and remove barriers to enable late dispatch on the same day.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the Merchant Dispatch process, designing and coordinating merchant education and activation processes, supporting operational teams, and ensuring understanding of new logistic metrics for merchants and carriers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Practical experience in project management, preferably in customer experience, carrier, or marketplace areas - minimum 2 years
  • Knowledge of logistics processes at marketplaces and carriers
  • Proven process mapping skills
  • Experience in international cooperation
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools: Jira, ClickUp, Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to present arguments in favor of improving customer experience
