Job Description

As a key member of our Data & Cloud team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a comprehensive data warehouse strategy using Azure Synapse Analytics. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and maintaining high-performance data warehouses across various areas, including ETL jobs, scripting, and migrating BI & analytics business solutions from on-premise to the Microsoft Azure cloud-based platform.
  2. Thrive in a dynamic environment and participate in explorative work and proof of concepts to determine the right technology stack. Be willing to assist and teach colleagues learning the new cloud technology.
  3. Communicating clearly and fluently in English.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record in the following areas:
  1. Experience with Azure cloud technology (Synapse analytics).
  2. ETL development experience.
  3. DevOps experience.
  4. Data Vault 2.0 modeling experience.
  5. Wherescape ETL development (not a requirement, but an advantage).
  6. Team player.
  7. Experience with Scrum/SAFE.
