Job Title: Financial Controls Manager

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate and maintain the control framework to ensure consistency with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Assist in the maintenance of the change management process to identify financial risks and evaluate their impact.
    • Evaluate the design and implementation of internal controls, including the assessment of business process changes.
    • Maintain and supervise the Management Self-Assessment and internal control remediation process.
    • Monitor the implementation of controls and collaborate with local coordinators and the IT function to ensure effective operation.
    • Maintain and update control tools, including the reflection of changes in control wording and entities in scope.
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
    • Manage metrics related to segregation of duty and enterprise risk by analyzing business requirements for SAP roles and segregation of duty.
    • Manage access rights, including verification of minimal privileges required for job responsibilities.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management based on obtained requirements.
  • Requirements:
    • University degree in a relevant field.
    • At least 6 years of work experience in audit, internal audit, or FMCG internal controls.
    • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal). Any other language is an asset.
    • Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of business intelligence applications.
    • Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SAP modules and hands-on experience is a plus.
    • Independent, structured, and process-oriented individual with strong self-confidence and good communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
